ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø has reaffirmed its commitment to Poland's national defense through a series of significant investments and collaborations with the country's defense industry. Over the last decade, the company has invested $1.8 billion (USD) in Poland, sustaining more than 6,700 high-value jobs and cementing its position as a trusted partner for the country's national security.?

One of the programs at the heart of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø's longstanding relationship with the Polish defense industry is the PAC-3 Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) ¨C the world¡¯s most advanced air defense missile. PAC-3 MSE is a core element of Poland¡¯s missile defense and is a vital part of the WIS?A air defense modernization program.

Under the?WIS?A offset program, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø has forged partnerships with key Polish defense companies to execute critical projects that sustain engineering jobs and provide new areas of technology, training and technical assistance to the Polish defense industrial base. These projects provide capabilities that strengthen Poland¡¯s regional security and contribute to the success of the worldwide PAC-3 program. The success of the PAC-3 WIS?A offsets continues to lay the groundwork for additional industrial partnerships in Poland.
Critical Milestones   ___

This summer, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø announced that??had joined the PAC-3 MSE global supply chain. This partnership is already delivering real benefits to Poland and the U.S., combining transatlantic strengths to meet growing demand for advanced defence capabilities.?

And earlier this year, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø received?, a critical milestone in the WZL-1 partnership. The launch tubes will be used in PAC-3 MSE deliveries around the globe to protect what matters most.

Additionally, in partnership with WZL-1, WZU and WZE, four projects under the WIS?A offsets program?, providing key systems for the PAC-3 MSE launcher and ground equipment.

Last year,?ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø and five Polish companies demonstrated their commitment to industrial development?by signing agreements to support multiple projects that directly support the WIS?A offset program. The new projects created high-value manufacturing and engineering jobs in Poland and provided new areas of technology, training and technical assistance to the Polish defense industrial base.

Since then, the company has worked closely with the Polish Ministry of Defense on a variety of defense and security programs, including the development and production of advanced missile systems. The company's contribution to these programs is a core element of Poland's national defense and provides vital capabilities to the Polish Armed Forces.

Today, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø's in-country operations sustain more than 6,700 high-value Polish jobs, of which 1,500 are with aircraft manufacturer?, a ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø company and one of the largest aircraft manufacturers in Poland?and the largest ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø production facility outside the United States. For over 87 years, the Mielec facility has been designing, manufacturing and servicing aircraft and helicopters. The company's investment in Poland has also helped to create a pipeline of highly skilled jobs and unlock new opportunities for Polish businesses to compete on the global stage.
